Meet Trina

Trina is the founder of Benjamin Legacy Group, a real estate investment company focused on tax deed investing, property acquisitions, joint ventures, investor education, and transaction support.

Trina began investing in tax deed real estate while undergoing PD dialysis. What began as an effort to build an additional source of income quickly developed into a serious real estate investment business.

While on dialysis, Trina built a remote investing approach that allowed her to research and acquire tax deed properties from home through online auctions, using local boots-on-the-ground professionals when needed.

While managing dialysis treatments and preparing for a kidney transplant, Trina continued researching markets, analyzing properties, participating in tax sales, and completing real-world transactions.

She received a kidney transplant in 2025 and continued building Benjamin Legacy Group throughout her recovery.

Benjamin Legacy Group is built around practical experience. Trina actively invests in real estate herself and brings that real-world experience into the company's mentoring, joint ventures, deed preparation, and deal-sourcing services.
